Change of Mind
The Baby Shower Emporium recognises that a person reserves the right to change their mind. Here, we respect that and provide you with the opportunity to return an item, should you decide it does not suit your needs.
Returns are only available for 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are only available to items which are still in their original packaging and are in re-saleable condition.
No returns on sale products. Items bought on sale/clearance are sold as is.
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS ON PERSONALISED PRODUCTS.
The cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Refunds apply to the product being returned only and not shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE - We charge a 10% re-stocking fee for all change of mind refunds. Your order will be refunded less 10% to for the re-stocking and administration involved with the refund.
Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received by The Baby Shower Emporium.
Wrong item received
In the event you received the incorrect goods from us in your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com to discuss the redelivery of the appropriate items.
We are happy to exchange. Exchanges are only available to items which are still in their original packaging and are in re-saleable condition.
Exchanges are only available for 14 days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges will only be processed once the item has been received by The Baby Shower Emporium unless a prior arrangement has been made. Shipping costs will appy for all exchanges.
Faulty or Damaged Item Received
In the unlikely event you receive a broken item in your package or the product received is faulty, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If broken or damaged, we will require proof that the item is broken. You will need to send us a photo which clearly shows the extent of the damage to the item. Once we receive the photo/s, we will assess and discuss with you the next steps which need to be taken to rectify the issue.
If faulty, we will require information regarding the fault. Once we receive this information we will assess and discuss with you the next steps which need to be taken to rectify the issue.
These steps may include replacement or refund of the item.
