Refund Policy -
The Baby Shower Emporium recognises that a woman (or man) reserves their right to change their mind. Here, we respect that and provide you with the opportunity to return an item, should you decide it does not suit your needs.
Returns are only available for 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are only available to items which are still in their original packaging and are in re-saleable condition.
No returns on sale products. Items bought on sale/clearance are sold as is.
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS ON PERSONALISED PRODUCTS.
The cost to return the item to us is at your expense.
Please contact us at email@example.com to organise a refund/return.
PLEASE NOTE - We charge a 10% re-stocking fee for all refunds. Your order will be refunded less 10% to for the re-stocking and administration involved with the refund.
Wrong item received -
In the event you received the incorrect goods from us in your order, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the redelivery of the appropriate items.
We are happy to exchange. Exchanges are only available to items which are still in their original packaging and are in re-saleable condition.
Broken item received -
In the unlikely event you receive a broken item in your package, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
We will require proof that the item was broken. You will need to send us a photo which clearly shows the extent of the damage to the item. Once we receive the photos, we will assess and discuss with you the next steps which need to be taken to rectify the issue.
